Willingness to take part in the creation process, developing show ideas and enjoy acting and playing a character authentically.

No divas please, but team players who like to help out when needed – we are not only interested in working with great artists, but mostly in working with great people.
Work Ethics
Willingness to continue working on a show to improve it throughout the season – for us the best shows are the ones that are alive and continue to grow.
